All complete systems are covered with a base warranty of 3 years. This is carry-in warranty.
The base warranty for parts is 1 to 3 years. Some parts are covered with a longer factory warranty

On all complete server systems there is a sticker (see example) with the invoice number and the serial number of the mainboard. Please provide both serialnumbers, regardless of the defect of the system.
